Our Process for Custom Models

Submit artwork for a free quotation

Once we receive a photo, drawing or other piece of artwork from you, we will agree upon a price first and will send you payment instructions.  Our preferred online processor is Paypal, but if Paypal is not available in your country or prefer another method (Wester Union / Bank Transfer) we can send you additional details.

After receiving your payment we will start sculpting right away. In about two weeks we will have sample photos for you to examine and approve if everything ok, or any changes required.  When you are 100% satisfied with the photos we will scan and prepare the reliefs for you and send you downloading link.

It is very important to send us as precise and clear artwork as possible to enable our sculptors accurately record the details. In our experience out of focus or low resolution artwork causes problems (especially with human faces) so please choose carefuly what you send to us.

Another important aspect of what you submit to us, please ensure you have the legal right to use the artwork you submit to us.
